There can be no mistaking the rise in the amount of people investing in the leisure, fitness and beauty industry over recent years and this week we take a look at the whole business of keeping fit. We learn that it is a huge and growing market. This report from Sports Think Tank gives us some hard data on the expanding trend and statista have some interesting statistics too.

In other news we take a look at Amazon’s plans to expand their shopping via Alexa and reveal just how many of us started the new year with plans for a change of job.
