Episode 51: 17th January 2019

Social media trends, Welsh income tax rules, How to Argue With a Cat and dragon Deborah Meaden.

With increased use of social media showing no sign of halting we take some time to think about the types of platforms we need to be using in business if we want to remain ahead of the game and get our heads around some of the new terminology.  We use this article on Buffer to inspire our discussions.

News this week was about the introduction of new taxation laws for those who live in Wales. Whilst the tax rates remain unchanged there are interesting development afoot.

Our book this week came to our notice when it was given to Heather as a Christmas gift and finally allows her to post a picture of a cat on the website!!!! How to Argue With A Cat uses our feline friends to illustrate methods to influence others.

From Wales to dragons we turn the spotlight to Dragon’s Den investor Deborah Meaden as we explore her business ventures and investment attitudes.
