Episode 38: 4th October 2018

With Heather away on secret business of international importance (that’s what I choose to believe – the name’s Noble, Heather Noble) I invited David Roberts of The Alternative Board (TAB) to join me on the show and gave him the responsibility of choosing the topics for discussion.

David’s choice of topical discussion was peer-to-peer support and he explained how TAB operates as one of the ways that businesses can access such support. Other alternatives include non-executive directors and mastermind groups.

If you are interested in finding out what TAB is all about David is hosting a taster event on 17th October in Wrexham.

Other events that we thought you might be interested in are:

The book that David recommended is The Partnership Charter by David Gage. Which, despite it’s uninspiring cover, is highly recommended if you are considering starting a business with a partner.

Finally, David put forward local business partnership Rachel Clacher and her brother Ed Reeves, founders of Moneypenny, as this week’s inspirational business leaders.
