Heather’s on holiday in case you are wondering why I (Tracy) only let her do the intro and the outro this week…..

So I had a guest in the studio to keep me company and that guest was Ali Gordon, author of Beyond Bleisure: Breathe Life Into Your Business With Travel, who had made the journey from Leeds to Wrexham to be with me.

Ali is also the managing director of Bleisure Rewards and in the show she explained how the book and the business are part of her drive to bring business and life into balance for the members of the membership community who want to create ‘peak experiences’ and memories whilst working towards business success.

The topical discussion this week, therefore, is obviously about Bleisure. It’s a word I hadn’t heard of before but, having searched for a definition of it online, I realise that it is perhaps something I should have noticed way before now! Thank you Ali for bringing it to my attention.

A book that Ali recommended and one that she references in her own book is The 10x Rule by Grant Cardone. Ali recommends it as one to listen to on Audible in the car. Thanks again to Four Minute Books for the summary which was, as ever, most enlightening.
