Episode 107: 19th March 2020

Coronavirus, Working From Home, Mental Health and Well Being in challenging times.

This week there really IS nothing we can do BUT to talk about Coronavirus which not only dominates the news but is dominating our lives.

Guidance and legislation is changing daily and so we focus our attention on how to deal with the overwhelm, useful resources for guidance and risk assessment for home workers and changes in business operation.

Businessline provides guidance and updates for businesses in Wales, Gary Neville comes good for the NHS and on a smaller scale what can we do to help oil the wheels of our favourite independent businesses whilst maintaining social distancing.

For many of us homeworking has been placed on the agenda and we discuss how challenging this can be for may people and some tips on how to keep things in perspective, how to use online apps to stay in touch with colleagues and friends and a reminder that sometimes picking up the phone is all that is needed.
